Dublin Gig Guide: 9th – 15th April 2018

Monday 9th April

Dua Lipa @ Olympia Theatre – 7PM (SOLD OUT)

With her new single dominating the charts, Dua Lipa performs a sold out show at the Olympia to get the week started! Support on the night from Lxandra!

Jessica-Lea Mayfield @ Whelan’s – 8PM

Jessica Lea Mayfield performs at Whelan’s as part of her small European tour which includes gigs in the UK, Denmark & Sweden! Doors at 8pm!


 

Tuesday 10th

Epica @ Tivoli Theatre – 10PM

Symphonic metal giants Epica, will be coming to Dublin’s Tivoli Theatre on Tuesday! This is their Irish debut so be sure to grab a ticket as it’s going to be a great show!

Laoise @ Whelan’s (Upstairs) – 7PM (SOLD OUT)

Electro-synth pop is the order of the day here with Laoise headlining upstairs in Whelan’s! Since her debut single “YOU” which was originally supposed to be a college assignment, she has been taking Ireland by storm!


Wednesday 11th

Keeva @ Whelan’s – 8PM

London based recording artist Keeva is planning on releasing new material this year, my bet is you will get a preview of that at this gig! Doors 8pm!

 


Thursday 12th

Britian’s Got Talent 2015 star Calum Scott, announced a number of shows across the UK & Ireland as part of his “Only Human” tour. The album has been very well received by fans and critics alike! Over 14’s show.

Friday 13th

Joris Voorn @ District 8 – 11PM

Tech-house wizard Joris Voorn makes an all too familiar return to Dublin with a gig at District 8! Be sure to grab tickets soon as this is sure to sell out!

American rap-rock band who blew up in the early 00’s, will perform at The Bowery in Rathmines. Crazy Town, yes Crazy Town will be performing a once-off show! Doors 8PM!

Saturday 14th

Dusky @ District 8 – 11PM

Deep house/techno vibes are taking over District 8 on Saturday, as Dusky will be bangin’ out all the hits! More familiar face(s) return to the city!

The Hot Sprockets @ Button Factory – 7PM (NEW ALBUM LAUNCH)

The Hot Sprockets will be launching their new album with a massive headline show at the Button Factory on Saturday night, it’s going to be a huge gig and a great night so make sure you’re there! Tickets available here!


Sunday 15th

Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls @ The Academy – 7PM

Performing alongside The Sleeping Souls, Mr. Frank Turner will make his return to Ireland with a gig at The Academy, their usual haunt! Doors 7pm for this one!

Pilgrim St. @ Whelan’s (Upstairs) – 8PM

Bluegrass, Old Time Country & Folk music on Sunday night as Pilgrim St. play the upstairs venue! A warm, lively atmosphere is to be expected! Doors from 8pm!
