Timothy Gibson

Full Tilt - Producer, DJ, Record Label Owner, A & R

Since their first single release as Timmy & Tommy in 2006, the highly renowned duo Full Tilt have rapidly grown from strength to strength.

In 2008 the pair launched Full Tilt Recordings, and within two short years it established itself as one of the most consistently successful record labels in Irish dance music. Full Tilt Recordings won Best Label at the Irish Dance Music Awards in both 2009 and 2010. It has also received plaudits and plays from internationally respected DJs such as Eddie Halliwell, Sander van Doorn, Tiesto, Marco V, Paul Oakenfold and Carl Cox.

The duo are universally renowned and admired for visceral DJ skills and boundless production skills, but their talent as shrewd A&R men is often overlooked. Full Tilt have repeatedly illustrated a knack for spotting talent which has been instrumental in the rise and success of Full Tilt Recordings.

Aidan Cunningham

Sound Engineer, Music Producer, Pro Tools Expert

Over the past decade Aidan has carved out a career in the audio industry, splitting his time between being an active Studio Engineer, Mixer, Music Producer, and Lecturer. Aidan is known mostly for his work with Rock and Metal acts, as well as being a lecturer of Sound Engineering and Music Production. Aidan is also an AVID Certified Pro Tools HD Expert, who is one of a small few in the world to have passed the Pro Tools 310 Music Production Expert Exam.

Martin Clancy

Ableton Certified Trainer

Martin Clancy is a Dublin/New York based Producer/Musician/Programmer/Trainer & Lecturer. He has over 30 years of international studio experience working with such luminaries as Greg Wells (Adele, Katy Perry, Pharell Williams), Don Dixon (REM) and Kevin Killen (U2, Peter Gabriel, Elvis Costello). Between 2011-13 Martin was “Artist in Residence at New York's Seaport Music Festival during which time he released a series of Top 20 hits in the U.S. Billboard Dance Charts. Martin manages the International Artist Jack L, with whom he produced several shows last year (Bord Gais, Dublin Convention Centre & National Concert Hall). Martin continues to make music as a member of the indie electro band “Classroom Battles” (2014 Music Week Dance Top 30 etc.).
Martin is one of the first Certified Ableton Live instructors in Ireland. He has lectured on Music Industry Studies at the Sound Training College, IBEC, Hot Press Mix Course, I.M.M.F (International Music Managers Forum) & B.F.C.E.

Richey McCourt

Songwriter, Multi-Instrumentalist

Richey is a Dublin, London and Sweden-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with over 15 years of Music Industry experience. He has penned hits for artists such as Pixie Lott, Matt Cardle, and Will Young. Richey is currently signed to the publishing company One MGMT, and has enjoyed number one album success by writing the final track, "I Don't Need A Lover", on the Will Young album, 85% Proof. He also wrote the number one single "Losing the Love" for Disney Channel star Tini which was featured in the Disney Movie "Tini: El Gran Cambio de Violetta".

Will Kinsella

Producer, DJ, Radio Presenter

Will Kinsella was first discovered by Dave Clarke in 2010, and since then has grown from strength to strength. Over the past 6 years Will has studied Sound and Music Technology, spent a year under the mentorship of Matador (Minus) and worked as a House Engineer in both Temple Lane Recording Studios and Grouse Lodge Recording Studios.

As a producer he has signed tracks to Kombination Research, Sleaze Records and Globox. He was also listed in Dave Clarke's top tracks of 2011 with "Kongo". Will presents Ceoltronic Radio for Ireland's national broadcaster RTE ( As a promoter he has brought artists such as Jeff Mills, Joseph Capriati, Alan Fitzpatrick, Slam, Sasha Carassi, Cari Lekebusch, The Advent and Industrialyzer to Irish shores through his Equinox/Apocalypse Now projects.

Will founded the DIT DJ Society in 2001 which is now Ireland's largest University DJ collective.

Mark Struthers

Sound Engineer, Mastering Engineer, Music Producer

Manchester-based Mark Struthers has run his own multimedia company, Energy Studios, for over a decade. In that time, he has recorded and produced numerous bands and artists, and helped them on their journey in the process. As well as being an in-demand trainer, Mark is a member of various software beta teams, including iZotope and Steinberg, allowing him to keep abreast of the innovations made in music software.

Doug Cooney

Producer, DJ

Doug's knowledge of electronic music runs deep & his DJ sets span the full spectrum of Techno. He has been an avid record collector many years, leading to a collection full of forgotten gems mixed with the best that modern day electronic music has to offer. This coupled with his tight and quick mixing style allows him to play a warm up set as easily as a headline slot.

Doug brings this same ethos into his own productions, mixing classic analogue synthesis with the best contemporary digital sound design. He recently had four tracks featured on Vice Productions & Vodafone's "Don't Forget To Go Home".
