Charity Album

We have produced successful albums for the benefit of Irish charities featuring established artists including Bressie, Neil Hannon, James Vincent McMorrow and many more. Through our charity albums, we have raised over €250,000 to date! Some of the Charities we have worked with are Samaritans, Aware, My Lovely Horse Rescue, Peter McVerry Trust, BeLong To Youth Services, Dublin Simon Community and more!

TiLT Development Deal

We also search for and develop new talent for the annual TiLT Development Deal project (formerly "Searchlight & Genre Free"). The TiLT development deal is a 3-band development deal. Bands will work on pre-production in the fantastic recording & production facilities of Sound Training Productions. They will record a number of tracks and perform at a headlight gig in one of Dublin's best live music venues, Button Factory in Temple Bar. All this for FREE!

EMP Night

For many of our students electronic music production is their speciality and because of this, students have developed an EMP (electronic music production) live event. Taking place towards the end of term each year, students will plan, produce, record and perform at their own live event in the Button Factory venue in Temple Bar! Utilising the techniques and performance skills they have learned. Some of the previous nights that have taken place have been Transmit, Dome, and in 2017 MODEM Records even secured themselves a residency in CrowBar in Dublin!
